Maxwell Additives Private Limited, INDIA was established in the year 1988, almost 35 years ago, producing the material in a kitchen and stocking the same in an almirahs of a small house, the company now has 3 manufacturing units in and around Vadodara having 4000Mt / Annum of manufacturing facility and growing. Continuous growth is a constant phenomena at Maxwell.

As well, we have a state – of – the – art laboratory to improve our products as per new global research or requirements. We can say that introducing new products regularly is a way of life in Maxwell culture.

The second generation business is run by technocrat management having 50 years of cummulative manufacturing experience.

The beginning of the company was before 35 years ago, exactly in 1986. The idea of a business cooked in my mind and shortly then after Nachiket Industry was incorporated to manufacture Ferrous Sulphate. As a technical person, many ideas to manufacture many products came up in my young mind and then started producing household cleaning materials in a tiny house storing the same in an almirah.

With the grace of God and family support, people came on my path and business grew up in small increments. In this journey my wife, Vandana contributed a major role in the progress of the company. Slowly and steadily Maxwell Additives Pvt. Ltd. (merging Manhar Specialties, Maxwell Corporation and Aquasis Incorporation) grew into an MSME company to manufacture Water Treatment Chemicals, Oil-Gas & Refinery Products, Sugar Processing Chemicals, IIH Cleaners (Hygiene- Disinfection and Sanitization products) and basic raw materials for Water Treatment Chemicals, Textile Auxiliaries and Detergent Industry in three state of the art manufacturing facilities in and around Vadodara, Gujarat, India. All our products are quality assured by various ISO certifications and our brands OLKLIN®, DEBAC®, POLYMAN®, PHOSPHOMAN®, KLINMAN®, SUJAL® are registered trademarks.

Now, the second generation, my two sons, Mr. Nachiket Shah and Mr. Saumyak Shah, both are technocrat (Post Graduate in Chemistry) is actively working with me since about 10 years. Our cumulative experience in new product development and manufacturing is about 50 years.

In the selection of business, we always thought about our people, environment and country. Our efforts are aligned in protecting them with highest priority. In the selection of products, we strive to work on the well-being of people and maximum utilization and thereby protecting natural resources like water, land and atmosphere.

Over the past three & a half decades, Maxwell has been an active and passionate contributor to the India’s growth and prosperity. Built on a tradition of service and quality, with the vision of bringing new ideas, products and services to the country, we have helped to lay the foundation for our nation. Today, we’ve become the trusted and dependable partner for many national and international MNCs that look to for our quality products and seek advice for their new product requirement (development) and their problem solving.

In addition to the work we do with our partners, our R&D centre takes an active role in developing new products and evolve the performance of existing products beyond the industry standards. Along with this, our QA division constantly watch and taking care that we deliver highest quality materials to our valuable customers. At production site, we installed State-of-the-Art plants and machineries with adequate safety measures to produce highest quality products. At HR area, our training centre takes an active role in developing the skills of our future thinkers and builders.
