OLKLIN®-ASP-70
ANTISCAL ANT / ANTIFOULANT
FOR MEMBRANE SEPARATION SYSTEMS / WATER TREATMENT
Introduction:
“To control scale deposition and particulate fouling within membrane separation systems like reverse osmosis (RO), nano-filtration (NF), ultrafiltration (UF) and utility water” is the main feature of OLKLIN-ASP-70.

Contents of the OLKLIN-ASP-70:
The product contains synthetic polymers. The product effectively disperses the scale forming mineral salts even at high temperature. This product is specially designed to work in severe conditions like hard water, high TDS, silica, chloride etc.
OLKLlN-ASP-70:
- Effectively controls alkaline scale of calcium carbonate, magnesium hydroxide, and silica etc in all kinds of membrane separation systems as well as of seawater distillation plants.
- Compatible with all of the leading RO membranes.
- Maintains cleaner membrane surfaces by dispersing particulate foulants.
- Effective over a wide pH range.
- Decreases frequent shutdowns, periodical cleaning and servicing of the system.
- RReduces extra energy, manpower, expenses and forcefully untimely-allotted time.
Application:
For maximum effectiveness, OLKLIN-ASP-70 should be added prior to static mixer or cartridge filter housing.
Dosing:
Typical dosage range is between 1.2 and 1.5 mg/Lat TBT 90ºC and 3.0 to 5.0 mg/l at TBT 110ºC.
*Important Note: Over and under dosing may cause membrane fouling so please contact the supplier to define the optimal feed-point and dosage rate.
Maximum Dilutions:
Maximum dilution is temperature related as shown below.
Temperature | Maximum Dilution, % |
---|---|
<30ºC (86ºF) | 10 |
30-35ºC (86-95ºF) | 25 |
>35ºC (95ºF) | 50 |
Packaging:
50 kg to 200 kg HDPE carboys / drums and 1000 kg capsules.
Safety precautions:
Before handling the product, refer material safety data sheet which contains detailed information about this product (available on request).
