Introduction
“To control foaming in various industrial applications is a main function of OLKLIN-DF-10. It is a high performance antifoam and defoamer scientifically formulated for use in sugar beet processing, vegetable washing and starch processing applications where foaming is an inherent problem.


Contents:
OLKLlN-DF-10 incorporates a highly effective defoamer that works to eliminate existing foam and acts as an effective antifoam package preventing further foam developing. The product is considered to be readily biodegradable.
Application:
OLKLIN-DF-10 is specifically designed to work over a wide temperature range offering greater performance and flexibility.
OLKLlN- DF-10, an anti-foaming agent, is useful in eliminating various kinds of troubles caused by foaming in processes of a variety of industries handling surfactants, water-soluble high-molecular compounds, or the like are handled, such as, for example, sugar mills, vegitable processing industries etc in order to prevent various troubles caused by foaming.

Dosing:
Individual processes and process plant installations vary considerably but as a guide OLKLIN-DF-10 should be dosed initially at a rate of 180 – 200 parts per million.
The dosage rate for OLKLIN-DF-10 can be reduced from this point until optimum economy with effective foam control has been achieved.
Ideally OLKLIN-DF-10 should be dosed with a diaphragm pump at a point upstream of a system pump to ensure effective dispersion of the antifoam agent.
